Generally any digital art file format will work (EPS, TIFF, JPG, PDF ETC...) Color Work Space should be set to CMYK format, not RGB. For the best quality reproduction, it should be a minimum resolution of 300dpi. Also we work with a wide variety of programs and software (Corel Draw, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop..) We recommend Adobe illustrator format when sending design files.

NPF will help you cancel your order with management approval. Orders can be cancelled via email within 24hours after purchase. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If a job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. (15%-30% of total transaction).
Refund process is approximately 10 days. By then funds should be cleared to customer's PayPal account or credit card.
No Refunds are issued for the Logo or Graphic design services once the order has been placed successfully.
Since each order is unique to each customer it has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we have made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify NPF within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received product within 30 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
It is FREE shipping for Second Day USPS priority mail. We will give you a tracking number and confirmation e-mail, but we are not responsible for any missing or broken packages. If you want Insurance and a Signature Confirmation, just click the box. USPS will refund all insured packages that’s not delivered or has broken items.
