You (The Customer) must read, understand and agree to NPF.com's (Newprintfactory.com) website on the World Wide Web (The Site) terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) listed below. Furthermore, you are in agreement with these terms and policies when using The Site. Customer acknowledges that NPF.com reserves the right to cancel any order and refuse service to anyone. NPF.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add or remove portions of this agreement at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to check these terms and policies each time before using the Site. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes assumes acceptance of said posted changes. As long as you comply with this Terms of Use and any such modifications, NPF.com grants you (End User) a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
  SHIPPING & PROCESSING
  On average, orders take 10-14 business days to process. Certain products are marked with longer ship times based on their availability. If a customer orders a product that is undeliverable for any reason, we will notify that customer.

Please note: processing times do not include shipping transit times. You will need to allot time for the ship carrier to deliver to your location after we process the order. Most orders will ship from Southern California unless other arrangements have been made.

NPF.com does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays as we are not open on the weekends or on U.S. national holidays. All estimated shipping and processing times are in business days (Mon-Fri). If your billing address is a PO Box your order will be shipped via USPS. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday and has a 2-3 day average ship time to anywhere in the United States.

If an order is damaged or lost by the shipping carrier please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you.

  CONDITIONS OF SALE

Prior to the purchase of any goods on our Site, the customer must provide a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. Customer hereby agrees to authorize PayPal to charge customer's card at NPF.com's convenience, usually at the time of shipment.

  METHODS OF PAYMENT, CREDIT CARD TERMS AND TAXES
  all payments must be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express or through PayPal. Customer agrees to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify newprintfactory.com of any discrepancies within sixty (60) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes.

If NPF.com does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by newprintfactory.com or its agents. You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes. NPF.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be billed to addresses within California and any other states or localities deemed required.

  ORDER ACCEPTANCE
  Customer's receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify NPF.com's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation to sell. NPF.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by NPF.com upon our delivery of products to the shipping carrier. NPF.com reserves the right to give you less than the requested quantity of an item. Customer agrees to allow NPF.com to phone or e-mail in the event of suspected fraudulent activity. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
  MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES OR BILLING TERMS
  NPF.com reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products or services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the website or by e-mail to the customer.

  NO RESPONSIBILITY TO MISPRICED MERCHANDISE
  NPF.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. NPF.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NPF.com shall immediately issue a credit refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

  APPLICABLE LAW
  These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
