Generally any digital art file format will work
(EPS, AI, TIFF, JPG, PDF, ETC.) You should be set to CMYK format, not RGB. And for the best quality reproduction, it should be a minimum of 300dpi. Also we work with a wide variety of programs and software (Coral draw, Adobe illustrator, Adobe photoshop, etc.)
Best recommend applications software is Adobe illustrator.

When should I expect my cards to arrive? (
Turnarounds)
Please note that turnaround times are different for each print product. Turnaround times range from 5 – 14 business days from start of production plus shipping time. Shipping times vary on your location. Most print jobs ship from CA.
• Can I cancel or change my order? NPF will be to help you cancel your order prior to approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email only 24hours. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. (15%-30% of total transaction). Cancellation process will be takes 10days; it should be clear to PayPal and other credit companies.
Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo or Graphic design services.

What is your return policy?
Since each order is unique to each customer it has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify NPF within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received product within 30 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received. All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
